Refund & Exchange Policy

At A&L Atelier, every creation is designed with exceptional care, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction with each piece.
Please read our returns and exchange policy in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and international luxury fashion standards.

Ready-to-Wear Products

• Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method after inspection, or exchanged once.
• Sale items are non-returnable nor exchangeable.

Couture & Custom-Made Orders

• Due to the personalized nature of couture and made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges ore refund the deposit except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or exceeding the delivery date without prior notice or agreement with the client.

• Your order will be processed by the employee and the bill of lading will be sent to deliver the order .
• Order processing: After receiving the order from the shipping company to the atelier , the product’s condition is confirmed by the quality team , and when the return conditions are met , receipt is confirmed to return the amount to the customer .

Exchange policy

Replacement request :

The service can be requested once within two days from the date of receipt by contacting us via customer service :

And Determine the model – size – color and Your order will be processed by the employee and the bill of lading will be sent to deliver the order to the nearest A&L Atelier branch.

Order Processing
After receiving the order from the shipping company and returning it to the atelier, the product is examined by our work team and when all conditions for replacement are met, the balance is returned to the customer’s account to deduct from the value of the piece that will be replaced in case it differs from the returned one.

Refund Processing:
money will be refunded within a period not exceeding 14 days One working day from the date of receiving the return and making sure that the conditions are applied to the same payment method used for the purchase.

سياسة الإستبدال و الإسترجاع

تقبل طلبات الارجاع خلال يوم واحد من تاريخ الاستلام ويومان لطلبات الاستبدال من تاريخ الاستلام.

المنتجات الجاهزة

• يحق للعميل إسترجاع أو إستبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، وبحالته الأصلية بكامل الملصقات والتغليف.
• في حال الموافقة، يتم رد المبالغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية بعد فحص المنتج أو الإستبدال لمرة واحدة فقط.
• لا تقبل المرتجعات خلال فترة التخفيضات.

المنتجات و الطلبات المصممة خصيصًا

• نظرًا للطبيعة المخصصة للقطع المصممة حسب الطلب، لا يمكن قبول الاسترجاع أو الإستبدال أو رد العربون إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع مثبت أو مخالفة المواصفة و القياس أو تخطي موعد التسليم بدون إبلاغ العميل أو إتفاق مسبق.

• يجب ان يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية كما تم إستلامه عند الارسال
  مع التأكد من عدم إزالة بطاقة المقاس وفاتورة الشراء .
• في حال طلب العميل التعديل على الفستان يتم الأمر
   تحت مسؤوليته ولا يمكن إرجاع او إستبدال الفستان تحت أي
  شكل من الأشكال من بعد التعديل.
• يحق للأتيلييه رفض استلام الشحنة او إعادةإرسالها
  للجهة المرسلة (العميل) في حال لم تتحقق تلك الشروط
  أعلاه ولا يحق للعميل الاعتراض إذا لم تتحقق تلك الشروط.
• يتم تحويل مبلغ المرتجع خلال مدة اقصاها 7 أيام من تاريخ إستلام
  المرتجع او فارق مبلغ الاستبدال في حال كان الفستان البديل اقل من سعر المرجع.

• سيتم معالجة طلبك من خلال الموظف وارسال بوليصة الشحن لتسليم الطلب.
• معالجة الطلب : بعد استلام الطلب من قبل شركة الشحن الى احد فروع A&L Atelier يتم التأكد حالة المنتج من قبل فريق عملنا وعند توافق كافة شروط الارجاع يتم تاكيد الاستلام لرد الاموال من قبل الجهة المالي التابع للشركة.

طلب الإستبدال:

يمكن طلب الارجاع خلال يوم واحد من تاريخ الاستلام من خلال التواصل معنا عبر خدمة العملاء.

و تحديد الموديل – المقاس – اللون و سيتم معالجة طلبك من خلال الموظف وارسال بوليصة الشحن لتسليم الطلب لاقرب فرع من فروع A&L Atelier

 معالجة الطلب:

بعد استلام الطلب من قبل شركة الشحن و إعادته للأتيلييه، يتم فحص المنتج من قبل فريق عملنا وعند توافق كافة شروط الإسترجاع يتم إشعار العميل للإستلام و رد ثمنه من قبل الإدارة

الإسترداد:

يتم رد الأموال خلال مدة لا تتجاوز الـ 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام المرتجع و التأكد من تطبيق الشروط على نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة في الشراء.
