Fabrics & Production

Fabric is central to every Ayman Lahmouni design. We select materials for their beauty, quality, movement and suitability for the intended silhouette.

Throughout development and production, our team carefully plans patterns and cutting layouts to use materials as efficiently as possible. Where appropriate, selected remnants may be retained for sampling, embroidery trials, detailing, repairs or future creative applications.

As our sourcing develops, we remain committed to exploring materials and suppliers that offer greater transparency and more responsible alternatives without compromising the quality expected from the brand.

PAPER
We consider the environment and adopt a digital-first framework to reduce the use of paper in exchanging information, book-keeping, client’s relations.
Packaging
We are gradually reviewing our packaging to reduce unnecessary materials while preserving the protection and refined presentation every garment requires. Our direction includes:
  • Reducing excessive and single-use packaging where possible.
  • Selecting durable packaging that can be reused or kept.
  • Exploring paper-based, recyclable and responsibly sourced alternatives.
